Description

  • IXM Report module is a license based module. End users can send a request to Invixium Technical Support team to get a valid license key.
  • IXM Report module provides 17 total reports as given below:
    • ➣ General Reports
      • User List
      • Device List
    • ➣ Access Control Reports
      • Access Denied
      • Door Alarm
      • Door Usage
      • In Out
      • Who’s In
    • ➣ Time & Attendance Reports
      • Absent
      • Attendance
      • Attendance Register
      • Early Out
      • F-Key
      • Irregularity
      • Late In
      • Muster
      • Overtime
      • Yearly Performance

Requesting License

  • IXM Report module comes with the following license types:
    • Trial: 30 Days (1 Month) license key
    • Perpetual: b.Number of Years (i.e. 1 Year & 3 Years)
  • From Home screen go to LICENSE tile >> Report.
  • Select the type of Report license required and click Requestto see details to be sent to Invixium support in order to request license.
  • Details screen will vary based on whether SMTP settings are configured in IXM WEB:
    • If SMTP settings are not configured, a “Copy to Clipboard” button will appear.
    • Click it to copy request details shown on the clipboard. Paste the copied details in an email to support@invixium.com to start licensing process.
    • b. When SMTP settings are configured, a “Send” button will appear.
    • Click it to email details displayed to Invixium support to start licensing process.
  • Once you receive the license key from Invixium, go back to the same page from which you requested the license and input license key in the Key field as shown below.
  • Click Activate to apply license.

Configuring Report Settings

  • Go to REPORT tile >> Configuration App. It will load the default view.
  • To view reports in IXM WEB, it is mandatory to set up report settings.
  • The list of mandatory settings along with their functions are outlined below:
    • Company Information: Configure fields under this section for company’s settings:
      • Start Time: Starting time of company
      • End Time: End time of company
      • Late In: Tolerance time provided here in context of company’s start time. Starting time of company
      • Early Out: Tolerance time provided here in context of company’s end time.
      • Weekend: Specify day(s) on which company is closed or not working.
    • Send Email:Enter valid email address to which user wants to email reports as attachments.
  • Once the settings are configured click Apply to save the settings. It will then display “Report Configuration Updated” message.
  • IXM WEB allows user to setup Auto Email schedule through Report Configuration app.
  • Toggle Auto Email Schedule to ON to activate auto email scheduler.
  • The list of settings for Auto Email Schedule are outlined as below:
    • Type: Select schedule type on which user wants to configure email schedule. Schedule types are as follows:
      • Daily
      • Weekly
      • Yearly
    • Time: Select hours/minutes on which scheduler will send email to recipient mentioned in the field “To” under “Send Email” section.
    • Format: User can select a specific report format in which email will be sent to the email recipient. Available formats are as follows:
      • PDF
      • Excel
      • Rich Text Format
      • CSV
    • Subject:User can specify the subject of the email.
    • Report: User can select report(s) from this field, that will be sent to email recipient as an attachment.
    • Message: User can provide the message in this field which will be included in the body part of email, that will be sent to email recipient.
  • IXM WEB allows user to select customized Header and Footer images for the reports.
  • Toggle Header field to “SHOW”, upload header image which user wants to display in each report. If header image is uploaded but the header field value is “HIDE”,then uploaded images will not appear in report.
  • Toggle Footer field to “SHOW”, upload footer image which user wants to display in each report. If footer image is uploaded but the footer field value is “HIDE”,10.then uploaded images will not appear in report.
  • Once settings are configured, click Apply to save this setting. It will show a “Display settings saved”message to user.
  • Door Configuration section allows user to select device(s) as IN Deviceor OUT Device or both.
  • Click Create ,o provide one row to user to enter Door Name and to select In Device or Out device.
  • If user is using two separate devices as ENTRY and EXIT, then mention their names individually as In Device and Out Device. If a single device is used for both operations, then provide a common name under In Device and Out Device fields.
  • Click Updateto save Door Configuration settings. Clicking Cancel will not save the settings and clear the current configuration.
