Aram Dezfuli is the Senior Director of Operations.
In his current role, Aram is responsible for leading the company's global operations strategy and execution, overseeing manufacturing, supply chain, quality, planning, and logistics. He provides strategic leadership to cross-functional teams and drives initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO 9001 best practices. These efforts strengthen efficiency, quality, and scalability to support the company's continued growth.
Before Invixium, Aram served as Director of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Mircom, Engineering Group Manager at General Motors, and held senior operations and engineering leadership roles at MMB Networks and Teledyne Technologies.
