As an added benefit, the integration employs the RIO protocol for direct communication to the Synergis Cloud Link appliance, enabling Invixium biometric products to function as edge controllers at the door. This secure IP-based communication eliminates the need for traditional Wiegand cabling and separate panel infrastructure, significantly simplifying deployment architecture while improving scalability.
Key capabilities include auto-face enrollment, which automatically registers users from their profile photos, saving time and reducing manual work. It also allows the use of custom card formats, enabling organizations to keep their existing access cards without needing replacements. Additionally, custom field mapping for employee IDs ensures smooth integration with internal systems, improving accuracy and simplifying access management.
