Toronto, Canada – Invixium Access Inc., a manufacturer of next-generation biometric products is proud to announce that Security Centres International Ltd., a leading security and life safety advisory and delivery firm in the Caribbean, is now a preferred VAR for Cayman Islands along with 28 other Caribbean countries. The partnership includes the distribution of Invixium’s full suite of products including IXM MERGE, IXM MYCRO, IXM SENSE, IXM TOUCH for enterprise access and smart home customers, projects and installations requiring secure and convenient user authentication.
SCI was initially introduced to Invixium via mutual partner Control4. After experiencing the biometric products first hand at CEDIA 2016, North America’s largest home automation and custom install tradeshow held in September in Dallas, the discussion of a partnership promptly began. SCI was impressed by the product line’s combination of sleek aesthetics and incomparable functionality. Other major differentiators from alternate biometric brands include contemporary design paired with easy to navigate features, plus the durability to withstand even Caribbean weather conditions.
“Since becoming a Control4 dealer, we have seen a huge growth in residential and commercial automation solutions, Invixium’s compatibility with Control4 is a huge advancement in this space likely to push that growth even further,” comments Stuart Bostock, President and CEO of SCI. “Like us, Invixium are well established in the security industry, and we also look to build on their reputable brand and access control solutions in this sector – so we couldn’t be more excited to work with them in bringing this incredible product to the rest of the Caribbean.”
Invixium’s biometric products offer the flexibility of integrating with leading Access Control Panel manufacturers for enterprise access deployments as well as with top brands of Home Automation controllers like Control4 and Savant for smart home installations. In fact, the IXM product line are the only biometric products certified in the Smart Home space and this expands the opportunities for all Invixium partners.
“Biometrics is finally mainstream” says Shiraz Kapadia, CEO & President of Invixium. “Our products are uniquely engineered to deliver secure access control, convenience and personalized automation. With extensive focus on design, elegance and usability, IXM products are manufactured in Canada and incorporate industry trusted components and technologies to ensure unparalleled quality and performance. We are delighted to collaborate with SCI, a veteran in the security industry with extensive expertise and understanding of the Caribbean market.”
